FAQs

Is THCA Legal?

Under the 2018 Farm Bill, THCA is legal if derived from hemp and if the product contains less than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis. However, some states interpret this differently. Always check your local laws.

Will THCA Get Me High?

Not in its raw form. THCA is non-psychoactive until it's heated. Once decarboxylated—by smoking, vaping, or cooking—it turns into THC, which is psychoactive.

How Is THCA Different from THC?

THCA (tetrahydrocannabinolic acid) is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid found in raw cannabis. When consumed orally in its natural, unheated form—such as in smoothies, gummies, capsules, tinctures, or juiced flower—it remains in its acidic state and does not produce intoxication.

However, when THCA is exposed to heat through smoking, vaping, or cooking at sufficient temperatures, it undergoes decarboxylation, a chemical process that converts it into THC, the compound responsible for the psychoactive effects typically associated with cannabis.

This key distinction makes THCA a compelling option for individuals seeking potential therapeutic benefits without experiencing euphoria or psychoactive effects—unless it is intentionally decarboxylated through methods such as heating, vaping, or smoking, which convert it into active THC.

Is There a Best Way to Consume THCA?

Depends on your goal. For a non-psychoactive experience, try raw THCA in smoothies or tinctures. For a psychoactive effect, heat it via smoking, vaping, or baking.

Are Your Products Lab Tested?

Absolutely. Every strain comes with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from a third-party ISO-certified lab. We test for potency, terpene content, and contaminants.
