Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer several shipping options through trusted carriers, including USPS and UPS. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping : 3–5 business days

Expedited Shipping : 1–3 business days

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

We comply with all federal and state laws regarding hemp-derived products. Some states or localities may restrict the shipment of THCA products. It is your responsibility to know your local laws before placing an order.

If your order cannot be shipped to your location due to legal restrictions, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

THC Locker is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
