Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at contact@thclocker.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging. We will review your claim and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

Refunds for Undeliverable Orders

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or inability to deliver, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost. We encourage all customers to double-check their shipping information before placing an order.
