While all products sold on THC Locker are compliant with the 2018 Agriculture Improvement Act (“Farm Bill”), which legalized hemp-derived cannabinoids containing less than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis, we do not ship to the following states where THCA or similar hemp-derived cannabinoids are restricted or banned:

Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, and Vermont.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate applicable local or federal law.

We are not liable for orders held or rejected by postal or customs authorities. If your order is returned due to a failed delivery attempt or illegal importation, refunds may be subject to deductions for shipping and restocking.
